Reformed University Fellowship
The university is like a great hourglass. People from all over the world (top part of the hourglass) converge into a small space with many decisions to be made about the rest of their lives at a time when many are most open to making those decisions (the  narrow part of the hourglass). Then, these students will spread out into every walk of life, every neighborhood, every city (hence, the lower part of the hourglass). What we are trying to say is that the University is a strategic subculture that makes people easy to reach and, if the stats are correct, does so at a time when they are most likely to be reachable.
